Help: How customer pay for the order create manually ?

I want to know how customer can pay for the order create manually (by administrator) ?

 

I (system administrator) have created an order manually successfully.

In BO, order creation... In the process, this is a button " Send payment link to customer for payment". I have pressed the link and customer is able to receive the email. (Sample as follows:). After order has been created, customer also received an email on order confirmation.

 

 

A NEW ORDER HAS BEEN GENERATED ON YOUR BEHALF.

Please go on http://XX.com/order?step=3&recover_cart=2642&token_cart=894969f0919ec0191d15be6ef5f9fe67 to finalize the payment.

 

Problem is:

1. When customer click the link above for payment, the screen show "Empty cart".

2. There is NO other link in the email for order confirmation.
3. Customer check in their "My account". The detai of order can be found but there is NO way to pay the order.

 

Please advise how to do it ?!

You should try on a default installation of the latest version to see if there's the same issue. You might have encountered a bug. If that's the case, submit a ticket on Forge.

 

In the worst case you send to customer an email with the payment details and after he confirms and you verify that the payment was made, you manually change the status to Payment accepted.
