What is the relation between price rules and db tables?

Hi guys, as i must insert programmatically many price rules for each product, i'd like to know what tables i must update and how to do it programmatically.

if i will were you, i will remove all special pricess - add one as a pattern, then analyse the changes in the tables i mentioned

you will see new entries and based on this you will be able to build own query :-)
