No top menu diplay on iphone ?

Hello,

 

 

I have a problem with my topmenu to display on iphone, The menu does not show up at all. Even the maker of my custom template cant figure it out. ( they comment that It is a module causing the problem)

 

if I change the "superfish modified" sf menu to display "yes", I see the menu on my iphone but all scrambled up and i don't see any subcategories then..

 

the strange thing is everthing works fine on ipad, an all other mobile devices..

 

prestashop version is 1.6.1.5 ( but problem also occured before updating to this version)

 

I hope someone has a solution i have been struggling for several weeks now with this issue

Yes it is, I only doesn't work on iphone's.  Ik works on any android system and also ipads etc... Just not on iphone!

Thank you Teapot Creative. Your hint, also solved my problem, where my MENU+ on all cell phones was not working.
Solved problem as following:
1. Go To Modules: Find Top horizontal menu 
2. Press Configure's arrows on the right (don't go inside the module) and choose 
3. Reset (with option not to change parameters) 

Maybe this can help to solve your problem to.
