kinderyum
For some reason, my cart is showing the shipping cost (to Visitors) according to whatever is the Default Country in PS BO Localization. The 'Set default country from browser language' is set to 'no'. My other two PS stores aren't doing this. They don't do it when 'Set default country from browser language' is set to yes OR no. lt's so strange! What could be going on??? For some reason, my cart is showing the shipping cost (to Visitors) according to whatever is the Default Country in PS BO Localization. The 'Set default country from browser language' is set to 'no'. The ONLY difference I can think of between the store that's doing this and the other two (that aren't doing this) is the PHP version. The one that's doing this is running on PHP 5.4, the ones that aren't doing it are running on PHP 5.2 Edited May 14, 2016 by kinderyum (see edit history)
NemoPS
You can try disabling the visitor group for each carrier, that should get rid of it (although it might display the free shipping label, in which case I recommend EL Patron's link)

I wonder why it was only happening on the one store though, not the other two (when all of them had Visitor ticked in the Carrier Module) WEIRD!
