Guest
Please check screencapture in attach. So I have products linked to the main shop: autonu.be and for example onderhoudnu.be. The products from onderhoudnu.be are crawled into olienu.be even though they aren not present in this shop. I checked directly in the DB: ps_product, ps_product_lang, ps_product_shop and there si no reference to olienu.be. I'm in deep shit here, I have no idea how this is happening. Could anyone push me in the correct direction on where to look? I don't know how this is possible at all. Thanks
Guest
Got some more info that might be helpful. Screencapture included: here I noticed my shop is associated to all categories. - I set it back to the correct category and save - page reloads and all categories are checked again - Furthermore I lose all associations on my categories for that shop so I had to set them back manually I've been increasingly working directly in the DB because the user experience is just not pleasant in the PS backend. So if anyone could tell me where I can edit the multistore associations directly in the DB I can probably solve this issue.
Guest
I fixed it myself because that's how I roll I have one question though, I MANUALLY changed non-root categories to root categories in ps_categories: - id_parent to 1 - level_depth to 1 - is_root_category to 1 DO I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT NLEFT AND NRIGHT? If yes - is there a tool or preferred method to regen them automatically? cheers
Guest
Nope, still crawls products that are not in the store. But hey ... nobody cares Prestashop + multistore = don't do it if you like your social life. I tested it in multiple wasy, it always comes back like this. thank god Google doesn't penalize for 404's or this project that cost thousands of euros would now be dead.
