No products on order

Since 4 days I've problems with my orders.

 

1 order contains no products and currency is changed to $

1 order contains no products and currency is back to €

 

Email alert is not functioning anymore

 

There is a total price on the invoice but no products.

 

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks for your comments.

 

After testing the problem is probably the response time of the server of the provider. For now I think that due to time-outs the orders aren't well excecuted. Provider is now working on it.

 

For now the topic can be closed.
