problem with sign in area

Hi brothers.

I am having an issue with my sign in area since three good days, when i try to sign in it says There is 1 error

Authentication Failure . i tried to clear my browser cash but the problem still the same and i dont know what to do again , please can somebody helps me. my web site is www.dakinova.com

Hi 27medios.

thank you so much for answer me but i do not understand do you want me to go to my config folder and in settings.inc.php i change my

define('_COOKIE_KEY_',??????????????????????????');

and
define('_COOKIE_IV_', '?????????????');

to something else or what? 

please help me.

Try this choice:

Download and unzip this: http://www.prestasho...attach_id=57621 , upload /password/ to your shop directory, then in browser go to url .../password/ and there you will be able to reset passwords for every users.

Thank you so much Mr: 27medios for your willingness to help people. I could change or reset the passwords but i still can not log in, the same message appears. 

one thing to clear , I always be able to enter into my dashboard via the admin area with my admin username and password . but when it comes to client area i can not log in with both the admin and client usernames and passwords.

please help.

I tried to create account, got blank screen.
