Two Bears Ceramics
Currently unable to access backend log in screen. See screen shot. It is not my server that is the problem. I am wondering if somehow I have blacklisted myself or something like this I recently cleared all cookies - does this have anything to do with it? Permissions??? Technoneanderthal here. (Love Neanderthals BTW) I also experienced problems accessing the Bridge through Storemanager for Prestashop at the same time. Second Screenshot. I can access all files through Cpanel and through FTP. Grateful for any help. Ed
tuk66
I think it is about some store misconfiguration.
Two Bears Ceramics
Thanks Tuk99 any solutions to the problem? If I delete and reinstall Prestashop will I then be able to backup from Store Commander or will it simply access the SQL database already on the server? tuk66
I used to use Store Manager only for tests and often got any error, so I can't trust this software (sorry to say that, my 2 cents). However, I would find the reason of the problem and fix it. There is no certainty that deleting an reinstalling will be better.
Two Bears Ceramics
Thanks Tuk any ideas of where and how to start finding the reason for the problem? Regards Eddy
tuk66
Every case is different. It needs debugging right in your shop. I can do it for you.
