Just moved to newer server 1.6.0.9 BUT WHEN ACCESS   ADMIN PRESTASHOP > MODULES > MODULES

You must change your php parameter - memory_limit.

33554432 bytes is equal to ~34mb of ram memory - it is definitely not enough to run prestashop.

check prestashop system requirements - you need at least 64mb

This a server setting, some hosts that use WHM management will allow you to do it your self, some will only do it for you (or not at all).
