kricore
Hello, Fresh install and latest versions of both Prestashop and the Paypal module. The module will not update the info on the database no matter how many times I've tried. I keep getting "Error ! You need to complete the PayPal identification Information in step 3 otherwise you won't be able to accept payment." The initial fields are present in the ps_configuration table but the API credentials cannot be saved. The issue is described by another user here as well -> http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36864486/prestashop-paypal-module-wont-save-settings This is how the db cells look, even after saving: http://jmp.sh/OQRrFbr Is there another workaround other than manually altering the db? Sorry, I couldn't find his thread to continue the topic. Edited May 10, 2016 by kricore (see edit history)

WEMS
Uninstall the plugin. After uninstall, delete the module completely. re-download and install the plugin again. this solved my issue.

kricore
@WEMS I ended up entering the API keys directly in the database as suggested. When the new version was released, updating to the newest version solved this for me.
