Need to change the menu whit a drop down menu

Good Morning, we contact you, because we need to change our current menu whit a functional and comfort drop down menu. 

The Current Menù show all the subgroups at the same time, also when the customer don't click above the name o f subgroups, so we decide to change this whit a drop down menu.

To be more specific, here below there's two link of famous e-commerce web site who use a drop down menu.
