Unable to Access Admin

I can not get into my prestashop admin. When I try login the sign in button starts turning as if it's about to log me in and it goes no where. I have left it there four hours and nothing happens I a have cleaned out the cache and have also tried different browsers and the same thing happens. Can some assist with this immediately I really need to get into my admin. Thanks

The debugging advice did not work this is what my hosting says is the issue.

 

 

 

While login to the admin at http://www.fashion88store2.com/psadmin/ getting below error.

your store is viewed by more vistors than "slots" that are available in your db database. Case like this needs improvements of the hosting.

by vistor i mean both people and online crawlers.
