Removed unnecessary Firstname and Lastname fields from invoice adress with "undefined" value

Hi again....

I have removed unnecessary Firstname and Lastname fields from invoice adress and its worked like a charm. Almost....

This fields are not mendatory but still visible in other places like undefined (firstname), undefined (lastname) in SQL structure in ps_address. When i manualy clean this fields from undefined to nothing all works perfect. How to prevent to show undefined values in this fields?
