Categories are empty ??

I wonder why my categories are empty ??

I even re-installed it

You'll need to provide more information. What version of Prestashop are you using? Did you install it with the default products included or without? Are there any Javascript errors on your site?

Hi

I am running Version 1.2.5.0

and it is working fine, all was installed default, and then changed as seen on the site, but the categories are empty now. well showing, yet in the back end they are there , and that is all normal.

No Java errors

Can you provide a link to your site? If it isn't a Javascript error, then the categories access must be missing. See this topic.

I had a look at your site. I viewed the source and the categories are there, they just aren't being displayed for some reason. It's as if there is a Javascript error preventing them being displayed, yet I can't see any Javascript errors on your site. I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Try to delete next lines in modules/blockcategories/blockcategories.tpl (18-23 lines):
