product page showing blank "#buy_block"

Hi,

 

Im new in prestashop.

i have set the site to catalog mode, add several products, and suddenly a blank white box appear at products page right column.

the last setting i done before this happen was "preference > products > turn on and off Display unavailable product attributes on the product page

I think your theme design have 3 columns on this product block of this page.

if you look at the 3 <div class="....." part above your highlighted line, you will see you have "pb-left-column", "pb-center-column" and "pb-right-column".

The right block happens to be those elements that are not visible.

i have found the cause.

 

its the reference code trigger that box to appear.
