geolocation tagging

Hello,

I have ecommerce website www.eappu.com

at present I am using zencart and will be moving to prestashop.

1) Using geolocation tagging to move user from outside india togo to indian specific website. Otherwise to international site.
2) Can we have dual pricing of products on one installation.


Is there any feature like this in prestashop
