Create order from "Non ordered" cart creates new empty cart

Hello,

I would like to know if this is the correct Prestashop behavior. I'm on 1.6.1.3.

I've tested this on a clean install also.

 

I go to Customer Shopping carts, I open a "Non ordered cart" and I click on the button "Create an order form this cart".

I'm redirected to the add order page and everything is correct, but if I check the the Customer Shopping carts page a new empty cart is created (associated to the same customer). Is this ok?

 

Why is a new empty cart created?
