Manufacturer list not working since editing 'blockmanufacturer'

Hi all,

 

I'm very very new to Prestashop so please forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong area.

 

I'm currently producing an online record store for a client and as part of this they need every instance of 'Manufacturer' and 'Brand' changed to 'Label'.

 

I made the change to Manufacturer and it now refers to 'Manufacturers' as 'Labels' in every instance but it no longer displays manufacturers in the sidebar (screenshot attached)

 

Can anyone assist in fixing this?
