Problème avec l'e-mail

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec l'e-mail. Avis réception Shopping, mais mes clients ne reçoivent rien.
Mon serveur de messagerie m'envoie ce message chaque fois qu'un client effectue une certaine gestion du magasin. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide.
