Modify product layout

Can anyone help me to modify the layout of my product?

This is the current situation

I assume I have to edit a (few) css file(s) and maybe some tpl?

Could you tell me which and what part I have to change.

You need to edit product.tpl file, can't tell exactly what changes need because you use not default theme, but it seems to you must move code from bottom column to product right column.
