Some images with question mark

Hello all,

On PS1.6, some images, and only some,

are a question mark on product list

already

-friendly url off

-regenerated htaccess

-regenerated images

 

cant seem to find it.

 

anyone available to hire, dev2 dev?

I believe the error is in url generator, or some db record missing.

 

I'm not prestashop expert, and since it's not MVC (that i would explore), i find better to ask your opinion / support.

It looks like it's not simply retrieving the image (not even the correct url). Do your images have a specific alt tag in the back office? I mean, a name.

What's the url of the other images, which currently work?

I can't seem to find an ALT field. In images separator, right?

Exactly, PHP outputs a "correct" url, http://www.box46.pt/loja/img/p/pt-default-home_default.jpg

Because it exists... Just it's not getting a product image.

If we hover the question mark, the template, loads all the pictures correctly.

What really bothers me, is that i can't find a pattern, some products display all right, some don't!

It took me making a search for "bullitt" to be able to actually see what happens.

What I saw is some special kind of display that allows you to choose between the pictures of a product that has more than one picture. 

 

This must be some special module that I don't know. And most likely the error is there.

If you tried all option and stll not working.you using right format image.so try to clean the cache,because this kind of issue many time i also facing,so only cleaning cache,its working.kindly follow these steps-cache->smarty->and delete the cache and compile folder.
