PRESTASHOP 1.6.0.6 GOOGLE MICRODATA REVIEW SNIPPET WHEN PRODUCT NOT RATED YET

Hi guys,

i need your help,

i'm running prestashop 1.6.0.6 and i have a problem with the productcomment module (version 3.5.1).

the module is working perfectly but when i analyze the google snippets with google structured data testing tool,

i get 2 errors for all the products of my shop that have not reviews yet:

 

• the field ratingValue cannot be empty.
• It's necessary to specify ratingCount or reviewCount.

 

this problem is because google can't see the ratingvalue and ratingcount when there are not reviews...

i know that this problem is linked to the code specified into the file:

 

productcomments-extra.tpl

 

into the productcomment folder of my theme (default boot-strap).

i need to modify the aggregateRating [AggregateRating] with a condition into that code that show google a certain value when there are no reviews yet and doesn't leave empty fields, i tried everything but i didn't success, could you please check it ????

let me know what i have to do to be able to have no errors into google data structure when i have not reviews.

 

p.s: the products with reviews have no errrors at all because all requested fields of AGGREGATERATING are correctly filled

it seems to work right now without errors both for products with reviews and for products without review,
