PayPal Error Code - Please Help !

Hi Guys

 

I had a customer contact me to say he could check out on my site because of an error code on PayPal. I did a test sale and he was right !!! 

 

Last successful sale went through on 27.4.16 and the error occurred on 28.4.16.

 

I have reset PayPal module (v3.10.2), but the error is still there.

 

I hope someone can help with a fix as I am losing sales whilst this is not working.

It looks like a DNS issue, the most probably only temporary. What is the server administrator saying?

I am still getting the error message. I am hoping it is a short temporary error !!!

 

I have just emailed PayPal to see if they can shed some light onto it.

 

Any other ideas would be gratefully received.

It could also be your hosting server side, you might also need to contact your service provider support to see what they are saying.

They will be able to ping api-3t.paypal.com from their server directly and see if it is their server problem.
