'Add to List' - Cart without 'checkout' or payment. Just build a list

Hello,

 

I would like to build a site that allows someone to build a list of items without having a checkout or payment option.

 

Ideally, I want to search items as any store would (categories, search, etc.) then instead of 'Add to Cart' i want to 'Add to List'.  This list would then just be  a way to keep a list of items. When an new item is added, the total is shown along with a drop down list of option with associated additional fee.

 

Does something like this exist? 

 

I mostly want to keep all cart functionality except the 'checkout' part.
