Cascading dropdown in address page

I need to create a cascading dropdown in address page as shown below

 

Country

State

City

Commune

Quartier

 

Such that the states depend on the country that has been selected and the city depends on the state that has been selected and so forth

Hi i have a similiar problem as in that i need 3 drop down categories (each dependent on the previous one) since the theme i purchased only has 2 (state and city)

 

I would like to know if you found a solution
