We want to change this img(Question mark)..here the screens:

I do not think those are normal images. Those should be icons, that is specified by CSS classes.

 

If you are using PresatShop default theme, you can try to find available icon in following file

 

/themes/default-bootstrap/css/font-awesome/font-awesome.css

 

Otherwise, please ask your theme developer for help.

Yes, we are using default theme. We have change the favicon with our image(of course with extension .ico ), but when we refresh the page the image returns as before.

favicon is for browser, not for displaying as icon on web pages.

 

if your problem is that the favicon does not appear on your browser, please try to start on a new separated topic,

anyway, you can try to clear your browser cache, otherwise it may take sometime to take effect on your browser because of old cache.

We have clear browser cache but we have the same problem. How you can see in the right imgs we dont have the default icons. How can we fix this problem?
