I am guessing you are talking about module Block Layered Navigation module. Please make sure you have configured the module - block layered navigation module correctly. Try to rebuild the price index and other index and also try to configure the Filter Template If you are not using PrestaShop default theme, you may need to check if there is an issue with theme itself.
