Preview of backend / control panel

Where can I get a look at what is possible behind the scenes if I decide to go with prestashop, without doing yet another test install of yet another product

 

I need to see what options come as standard, eg without the need for external addons.

 

eg does it have dynamic/dependent drop downs, how simple is it to add a large inventory, can you import from an excel spreadsheet, etc etc, etc
