Find a product by product reference filter not working

Hello,

 

I am trying to find a product by product reference filter and if the reference number is like 11111-11111-11111 prestashop API can't find it but if the reference number is like 11111 it works. I don't know why prestashop can't find the product with the -.

 

Anyone know about this?
