Element Theme help

Having a few problems with dg crafts element theme:

First a few things in the checkout stage are in French..which is due to the designer being french, but is there any way of changing them to English (i.e the log in button which comes up as 'connexione)

Above this is an information bar containing the following:


Satisfied or refunded

if you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to accommodate
*
need informations?

00 (0) 00 00 00 00

I would like to change this to Unsatisfied & need information? along with my contact information

Any help would be appreciated thanks

There is a image which comes with theme where it is explained
what you need to do to change that text.If you don't have it i
attached it.
Same goes for other text in French you can change it in tpl file like authentication.tpl
or in tools>translation.

Also check Element theme tread for other fixes.

thanks, thats helped alot. I have posted this question in the 'Element' thread but might aswell ask here just incase.

I'm having an issue with people using IE explorer, it seems like it just doesn't support it and everything is completely out of order.

Also I have updated the product.tpl so the main products on the main page are all in line, seems to have worked but items in my catagories don't sit in a line...maybe I just haven't done it properly. Can anyone help or even upload the correct tpl?

I’m having an issue with people using IE explorer generally, especially IE 6 :-)
IE 6 is so bad that really no one should use it nowadays.

I think that theme work fine in IE8 but most problems are in IE6.
I tried to fix some things and in attachment you have global.css.
Backup old first then try this one.I tested it with program IETester
which you could also try.But i haven't tested all pages and checkout process.

And maybe this also fix your second problem.If not send me a screenshot
or link to page.

cheers razaro that seems to have solved both my issues. The only other thing that would help me is if, on the product page...the 'more info' part automatically showed bellow the price/ quantity/ add to cart etc. Can this be done? Thanks

Anyone else got a problem with prices/color selection.

All my items with color selections changes from the correct price in frontpage to humongus price in product page.

please see www.tradenordic.eu and select a product with color selections. It happens to every currency exect the one which is set to "1.00" in backoffice
