Checkboxes or radio buttons not showing

Hi,

 

I recently updated my store and theme to latest versions 1.6.1.4. Everything looked fine when i tested it. After a couple of days i saw that the checkboxes are not showing in Layered Navigation Block. You can only see a bottom border of the checkbox and there is no mouse hover efffect.

The same thing is on One Page Checkout with shipping and accepting the Terms of use.

I feel frustrated because a lot of customers registers but they don't place any order and i believe they simply can not come to the end of ordering procedure.

 

If anyone had these issues please advise how to fix them.

It could be a browser issue! When i wrote this in Chrome the checkboxes did not show. I checked updates and after Chrome updated itself it works! 

IE works as well. The problem remains only in Firefox.

Yeah it similar with me. How to fix that? it remains error only in Firefox

Hi there!

 

I had the same problem. What worked to me was:

 

I checked that I had an error with the google inspector, and I find that a required file .png wasn't found on a particular path on my theme.

So I copy this file from the default template to my template, creating also the same directory as in the default theme. -->mytheme/img/jquery/uniform/sprite.png

And that was all It's working.
