Spinning save button in Adding new products

Hi guys, 

 

I am facing this issue where the save button continues to spin for few minutes before i can actually save the new product. i tried some of the solutions posted like clearing cache, disabling Apache's mod_security module etc, chaning the php version but nothing seems to work. 

 

my current configuration is :

 

PHP version 5.3.29

 

Memory limit 256M

 

Max execution time 600

 

prestashop version:  1.6.0.14
