where is mail() function located (file+path)?

Greetings,

Can someone help me where to find the mail()function so i can change the email adress and add my own?

I ve searched in /classes but I have no Mail.php file there (Presta 1.6.0.14)
I searched several php files blindy in my ftp but to avvail.

 

If I go to /ADVANCED PARAMETERS/E-MAIL I only get this option Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases)
