Can't access Modules admin after update

Hello, I have updated Prestashop from 1.6.0.6 to 1.6.1.5 and 49 modules. Everything work fine but Homeslider 1.6 that I have deactivated. However I can't access to admin page Modules, it shows blank page. Do you know how or where I can fix it ?

I've changed define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); but the page still blank, there is no info.

If you look at the source code of the blank page, do you see anything?

 

Did you check the error log of your server?

there is nothing, no html tag.

 

I have access to logs but not error log. In log file, the last time I have reached modules page, I have :

this is apache access log, not php error log

please share entry from your php error log

I also can not acess on dashboard and on site after upgrade on 1.6.1.9 i put img how its look.
