I've just tried to center my logo with the common method of moving the <a href> and the <img> from header.tpl to the end of /themes/default-bootstrap/modules/blocksearch/blocksearch-top.tpl and NO EFFECT takes place. I even tested if I am editing the wrong stuff, so I deleted the blocksearch folder to see what happens and there are changes.
