Where to add code to place text in the top bar as seen in image?

  Where should I add code to place text in the top bar as seen in the image and how should this code be if I want that text to be different for every language?

Thank you for your reply, I was trying to come out with a code so that I can avoid instalation of a module.

For modules, this one seems to be perfect: contentbox.

 

I still think that direct code should be better, any idea on Where should I add code to place text in the top bar as seen in the image and how should this code be if I want that text to be different for every language?
