affliliates link help

Hi all

Apologies if this in wrong area.

I have signed up to have 4 companies place affliliate links on my website www.realfans.org.uk

I have been told that it is very difficult, because prestashop uses a pre-complier, you can't add those links directly. You must write a module to add those links in it.

Has one been done and if not what should I do?
