Add Contact Us button on the Product page

I need to add a "Contact Us" button on the store "Product" page under the Out of Stock display on the center column. Would like to the customer to be able to email Customer Service with questions about the displayed product with the Product ID or name in the email.

 

Using Prestashop 1.6.1.4 and the default-bootstrap theme.

 

Can someone tell me if I can used the existing "Contact block" module, if so can I use a hook, or what is the process I need to follow. I have tried many ways to get the existing Contact block module to work by using hooks and nothing has worked so I have decided to start from the beginning and ask for help..

I am new to Prestashop and trying to learn it.
