Problem with Product Images

Hello

I am working on getting Prestashop online and made some products. I howevrer have the problem that the only images that show are the default Ipod Images in all Colors and not the ones I put online. Does anybody have the same issues and know what I'm doing wrong?

What version of PHP are you using? There is a known issue with PHP 5.2.9 that prevents images being uploaded and managed in Prestashop. Another known issue is with open_basedir restrictions. If your host has them in affect, it may also be preventing you from uploading images, since the images are uploaded to an area that Prestashop can't access.

I have no experience with this problem, so I'm not exactly sure what to do. I just had a quick look at the System Administrators Guide. Try changing the value of open_basedir to just /var/hcc/www
