How to change the currency of items to points?

Hello.

 

I'm from a small company in the Philippines and I am looking for an open source e-commerce solution for a project.

 

I am considering PrestaShop, but I will need to set the currency values into points instead of real currency and the store customers would have a "Earned Points System", that they would be abble to trade for products. They would be purchasing products with points instead of real currency. Does PrestaShop has some kind of built-in feature that allows this functionality and that is free? Please understand that I don't have much fortune to buy any plug-ins/themes/modules that would cost more than 50 Philippine Pesos.
