pathos247
Hi, hope someone can help here. Site has been up for a few months with no major issues. Suddenly, customers can't login to front office. If you attempt logging in with correct or incorrect credentials and submit, the page just reloads with "controller=authentication" appended to the site url. Like it's supposed to redirect, but it doesn't. Tried multiple browsers and cleared PS cache. Using PS 1.6.0.9. The site is hilustre.com Appreciate any assistance. Thanks! pathos247
Just talked to my web host and found out they upgraded the server PHP version from 5.4 to 5.6.2. Is PS 1.6.0.9 compatible with that version of PHP?
pathos247
So I just installed a fresh copy of PS 1.6.1.4 on the same server and also cannot sign in. Can anyone confirm if any version of PS works with PHP 5.6.2? Thanks!

pathos247
ask them to back level php to 5.5. Thanks. It's a shared server so I doubt they will do that just for me, but they might move me to another server that hasn't been updated yet. That would only be a temporary solution though, as the host mentioned they were going around updating all the servers so eventually I'll have the same issue. Hopefully there will be a fix in PrestaShop or someone will figure out what specifically with the authentication is broken due to the PHP upgrade so we can manually fix it.
