Custom Fields Module Fme by Community Developer - Opinions - Experience

We bought a add on module "FME Custom Fields by community developer.

 

When installed it makes our pdf invoice not work.

 

A blank white page appears and the download does not happen.

 

I have written to FME and community developer  a few days ago about another module of theirs also.

 

My partner wrote yesterday and I wrote today through Prestashop Add Ons and their ticket system from their own website they have.

 

Haven't heard anything from them.

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this module ?

 

Also why can't you leave reviews on Prestashop Addons ?

 

Is there some where to fill out a complaint form if it comes to it ?

 

No reviews just means you can put a non working module up or broken one and sell it with out ramifications.

 

We also called their phone number in Texas. No answering machine.. Just rings and rings then goes dead.

 

Any thoughts from people on here ?

Try to call the developer in Islamabad as well.

Ok I wanted to update this:

 

We got the custom fields module working.

 

The issue is they sell 2 custom fields modules.

 

One is for the registration area and the other is for the checkout area.

 

We have both of them and they are named the same.

 

So they were conflicting with each other.

 

We would install one and it would instead install the other ect ect ..

 

I don't think you can use both at the same time.

 

They also got a hold of me so I just wanted to be fair and say it is working and they did respond.
