Grid of subcategries GROUP BY parent categroy

Hi again,

 

I need this feature

To have a extra category display page where IF I select a parent category to show a new page with a grid with first 2 levels of its child subcategories grouped by first level of subcategory

Is anyone aware of such a addon?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
