Add sub links to Top Horizontal Menu

Hi guys,

I want to add some sub links to my "Top Horizontal Menu" Module

The Main Menu items I would like to add to are Custom Links (not cms links)

Is it possible to do this without creating a CMS Group > CMS Page ?

I attempted purchasing a Mega Menu Module but had a worse experience trying to set that up.
