Wrong Customer Name Appearing

Hi, thanks in advance for any help.

When you log into your account, it comes up with a customers name who ordered a few days a go. No matter what name you register with, the name David Martin will appear in the top left corner next to the website name. When you go into "personal Details" the names and addresses are correct, but not the name that appears when you log in. 

 

How do i solve this problem? Is it a cache problem in the back office?

Can be that "David Martin" is hard-coded in the theme template?

Nope, it was coming up with Sian Spencer yesterday, who ordered on Friday. It's like the cache is stuck on certain names, but not all that order,. It's really strange

I see. Cache. Your theme has maybe problems with cache. Just guessing.

Do you have any idea which folder the link for the account that appears with wrong name will be in?

 

The blockpermanentlinks folder doesn't contain a .tpl file. Struggling to locate it.

Have a look at /themes/your_theme/modules/blockpermanentlinks as well.

It depends on your theme and would need a deeper look.

Nope, no .tpl file in there. 

 

I was working fine up until a week a go.

 

Do you know where the default welcome message might be? I've looked in blockuserinfo.tpl but it's not in there?

yeah, had to disable the block user info module now. It started duplicating the welcome message etc. No idea what's going on. Passed it on to an expert for a deeper look. Thanks for your time and help.
