Advanced combinations

Hey there! Hello everyone. First of all, I'm spanish so sorry for my english.

 

I want to do some stuff in my online store and I really dont know if prestashop can. I want to sell a guided visit with limit places (30), but i want to establish two different prices: one for adult people and other for kids. I had thought of doing it by combinations, but the problem appears when I have to enter the quantity of any combination. I want to publish 30 places, and doesnt matter if 30 kids buy them, or 30 adults, or 10 adults + 20 kids, or 1 kid and 29 adults... and prestashop makes me to establish fixed quantities for adults and kids.

 

Any idea?

for your scenario, I think you may need to create 2 products, one for adults and one for kids.

and then use combination for places for buyer to choose the place.

Well, but that doesnt fix the problem... I dont have control about the quantities and I want to sell only 30 places. If i create 2 different products i cant control the number of total persons in a single visit. Even if both products have 'Quantity: 15', that doesnt work if the visit is composed of 10 kids and 20 adults, for example.

you will need add additional customization to check the total items in shopping cart to limit the number of total visits.
