Problem with giftcards and vouchers

We have a problem with vouchers, gift cards and tax.

 

We made a "10% discount on everything" voucher, and it does not include gift cards for obvious reasons.

 

Now, when we add a product that costs 399NOK to the cart, the discount is 39,9NOK, wich is right

 

When we then add a gift card to the cart, at lets say 200NOK, the discount goes down to 36,84NOK.

 

We found out that it is because there are no tax on the gift cards, so when we add tax to the gift cards, the discount stays where it is should be.

 

Now we may get some problems when the reciept says that customers have payed more tax, and therefore we might loose money when, wich is why we can't have tax on the gift cards.

 

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, is it a bug or is it something we have done wrong?
