Adam45874 Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 (edited) Hello, I have a problem with duplicate orders. After each order I send to customer a digital product using the module. Unfortunately, from time to time it happens, that the ordered product is sent twice, order status also happens twice, so the whole situation come up like this: Awaiting Payment Order completed Awaiting Payment Order completed I could not figure out, what is causing this error, there is absolutely no connection between normal and duplicate orders. Maybe it is some connection hiccup. Is there anyone, who would give me some advise to how I can create a condition to Prestashop 1.6.1.4 that will not allow to use a certain order status more than once? Condition, which would make the duplicate orders came up only with statuses: Awaiting Payment Order completed If so, it would be absolutely fine. Can anone please help me with this problem?
