No Order Confirmation

I have updated to version 1, and whenever a customer orders an item they do not recieve confirmation of their order going through, and the database isn't updated so both Admin and Customer have no record of ther payment. The system is integrated with paypal, and thats where all orders go through.

I know this is a bug that was existing in RC2, but it seems to exist in Version 1 also.
