All Forms in back office align changed default from left to RIGHT

All the forms in my project have changed alignment from the default left to right in the back office (the black menu bar in the back office is now on the right instead of the left column) and the text also is now showing as starting at right to left. See attachment for a clearer idea of the problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this peculiar problem?

Thanks I could see the rtl button was selected in Language.

 

I have changed it to left and it has corrected all the right aligned text in the front office but the back office still remains the same - things are RIGHT TO LEFT instead of left to right - text, menu bar (as shown in the screen shot)

Thanks for all your help. The back office is all sorted now. I changed the Name from English (United States) to English (English) in LANGUAGE and then logged out completely and logged in again and the menu bar returned to the left and the direction of text went back to- left to right.
